ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking information.
Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the UPS shipping method selected.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by UPS and begin once your order has shipped. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Asplarity cannot guarantee delivery dates, as delays may occur due to carrier issues or circumstances beyond our control.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
We ship throughout the United States using UPS. Delivery times vary depending on the service selected at checkout and your shipping address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping via UPS to select countries. International delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs processing delays.
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update within the UPS system.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Asplarity is not responsible for delays caused by UPS, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes. Asplarity is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
