RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

To begin a return, please contact us at info@asplarity.com. All returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions for sending your item back to us. Please note that the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your original payment upon processing the return.

EXCHANGES

To receive your desired item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
